Abstract: Sum maryHerein, we report the case of a patient who had granulomatous anterior uveitis, internal ophthalmoplegia, and retinal vasculitis during chickenpox disease. A 9-year-old girl was admitted to our clinic with blurred vision and hyperemia in the right eye. Corrected visual acuity was 20/20 in both eyes. Direct/indirect pupillary reactions were negative in the right eye and pupil was dilated.
