Sucrose ‘Versus’ Trehalose Cryoprotectant Modification in Oocyte Vitrification : A Study of Embryo Development

Abstract: Numerous studies reported that vitrification, an ultra-rapid cooling technique, seems to be highly effective and could increase oocyte survival rate rather than slow freezing.
