Abstract:Disruption of blood-brain barrier is a common brain injury in intracerebral hemorrhage. Sufentanil is an analogue of fentanyl, and acts as an opioid analgesic in postsurgical analgesia and anaesthesia. Sufentanil also exerted a neuroprotective effect against cerebral infarction.
