Suhu Dan Waktu Optimum Penyeduhan Simplisia Bunga Telang (Clitoria Ternatea L) Terhadap Kandungan Antioksidan

Abstract: For a long time, the telang plant has been used in traditional medicine for the treatment of various diseases, because the telang flower contains antioxidants. It is known that antioxidant activity can be affected by the interaction between temperature and drying time.
