Abstract:It has been possible to create complexes of metals from the Schiff base ((E)‐4‐(2‐hydroxy‐1‐phenylethylideneamino) benzenesulfonamide) (Sn.HA), which is generated from sulfanilamide and 2‐hydroxy acetophenone. These substances have been identified using various physicochemical methods, featuring mass spectral analysis, melting point, (inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry [ICP‐MS]), Proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, ultraviolet (UV) spectroscopy,… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
