Abstract: Transition metal mediated thiolato compounds are highly vulnerable for S-centered oxidation due to its high nucleophilicity and which is immensely important in the point of its bio-activity. It is generally noticeable that a range of chemical changes occurred with molecular O2 and ruthenium thiolato metalloligands in varying conditions.
