Superconducting thin films of BizSrzCal Cu2Os were prepared by RF-magnetron sputtering, followed. by a two-step anneal treatment. Decreasing the partial oxygen pressure in the second step resulted in an increase of the c-axis and critical temperature to 30.84 A and 85 K, respectively, indicating a decreased amount of oxygen in the film. Transport critical currents showed rather low values (5x1OW3 A/cm2, Tz4.3 K,H=51 Oe) indicating considerable weak link behaviour of the films. Theoretical curves of critical currents of an array of SNS or SIS junctions indicate that the film resembles the behaviour of SNS-type junctions down to T=0.2 T,
