Supercritical fluid processing: a rapid, one-pot exfoliation process for the production of surfactant-free hexagonal boron nitride nanosheets

Abstract: A simple, rapid, one-pot method for generating exfoliated surfactant-free few-layered h-boron nitride by supercritical fluid processing is demonstrated. The product was characterized by AFM, TEM and Raman analyses.
