Abstract: Superior mediastinal syndrome is a life-threatening pediatric oncological emergency that requires high level of awareness and clinical suspicion to avoid misdiagnosis and devastating outcomes. Early diagnostic evaluation and management of underlying etiology are of utmost significance for optimal results.
