Superiority of 18F-FAPI-42 PET/CT in Eosinophilic Gastrointestinal Disorders

Abstract:We report a rare case of eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders in a 60-year-old woman, which extensively involved the digestive tract from the esophagus, gastric, duodenum to the small intestine, depicted well by 18F-FAPI-42 PET/CT, superior to 18F-FDG PET/CT. Under the guidance of 18F-FAPI-42 PET/CT, the biopsy was successfully performed, and the diagnosis was established.
