Supporting the Continuum of Care for Combat Wounded Patients: Adaptive Interfaces for Personal Health Records

Abstract: In this paper, we describe a concept for an adaptive interface for a military Personal Health Record (PHR). PHRs are electronic records used by people to manage their personal healthcare information.
