Abstract: The Leidenfrost phenomenon considerably reduces the heat transfer at high temperatures, but proper micro/nanofabrication can enhance the heat transfer by elevating the Leidenfrost temperature. However, the complicated micro/nanofabrication techniques are difficult to implement in large-scale commercial applications.
