Supra-Annular Mitral Valve Replacement in an Infant With Infective Endocarditis

Abstract: We report the case of a female neonate born at 40 weeks' gestation with no known risk factors. On postnatal day 27, she was transferred to the pediatric intensive care unit and intubated for cardiorespiratory failure; she was diagnosed with group B streptococcus infective endocarditis.
