Abstract:During the period of December 2012 to July 2013, 30 children with displaced supracondylar fractures of humerus were treated by closed reduction and percutaneous crisis-cross K-wire fixation. The technical details of the procedure include. (1) reduction under general anaesthesia with adequate relaxation.
