Supramalleolar Osteotomies and Angular Corrections

Abstract: Supramalleolar osteotomy is a well-described procedure for both congenital and acquired pediatric foot and ankle disorders. Its use in the adult population is also described but less well documented. The goal remains to achieve a plantigrade foot with decreased pain.
