Biological variability poses significant challenges in the development of effective therapeutics, particularly when it comes to drug solubility and bioavailability. This review examines how nanotechnology, especially through the use of nanomaterials and magnetic nanoparticles, offers innovative solutions to enhance drug solubility and bioavailability.
