Abstract:-Nanostructured lead-free solder Sn-Ag-Cu (SAC) was developed by electrodeposition method at room temperature. Electrolite bath which comprised of the predetermined quantity of tin methane sulfonate, copper sulfate and silver sulfate were added sequentially to MSA solution.
