Surgery versus medical follow-up in patients with asymptomatic primary hyperparathyroidism: a decision analysis

Abstract: Objectives: To examine the cost-effectiveness of strategies for management of primary asymptomatic hyperparathyroidism: surgical strategies and medical follow-up versus surgery.
