Abstract:Aim: To evaluate the surgical effects of internal limiting membrane (ILM) peeling with parsplana vitrectomy in diffuse diabetic macular edema with vitreo-macular traction as regard the best corrected visual acuity, central foveal thickness, residual epiretinal membrane and recurrent traction.
