Surgical Hip Dislocation Using the Modified Hardinge Approach for Excision of Osteocartilaginous Lesions of the Acetabulum and Femoral Neck in an Adult

Abstract: Case: A 20-year-old woman presented with hip pain related to an osteocartilaginous lesion arising within the cotyloid fossa. She also had a lesion along the inferior femoral neck. Resection of both lesions was performed with surgical hip dislocation through a modified Hardinge approach.
