Surgical Management of a Recurrent Odontogenic Keratocyst With Orbital and Temporal Fossa Invasion

Abstract: Odontogenic keratocyst is a benign locally aggressive odontogenic cyst with a high recurrence rate. This report presents an unusual case of a recurrent odontogenic keratocyst with zygomatic bone involvement and orbital and temporal extension resulting in globe compression. Odontogenic keratocyst is reviewed, and surgical management of the cyst is discussed.
