Surgical management of adult-onset cystic hygroma in the axilla

Abstract: HighlightsA 58-year-old man presented with sudden-onset axillary swelling.Workup revealed the mass to be a cystic hygroma of adult-onset.Surgical resection was preferred over sclerotherapy.There is scant reporting of this pediatric mass in adults.
