Abstract:Gingival involvement by solitary neurofibroma without any other signs of neurofibroma is uncommon. It is often considered as a benign tumor with an unknown etiology. In this case report we present an unusual case of solitary neurofibroma of gingiva. A 33 year old female patient was presented with swelling in relation to her lower front teeth.
