Surgical Management of Periapical Lesion: A Case Report

Abstract: Traumatic injuries are among the most unexpected event that may cause no harm to a pulp or may led to pulpal necrosis and development of periapical pathosis. Treatment ranges from small conservative restoration to apical surgeries.
