Surgical Management of Retrograde Periimplantitis With the Adjunctive Use of Photobiomodulation: A Case Report

Abstract: Dental implants have become one of the most popular treatment options for the replacement of a missing tooth due to their high aesthetics and close resemblance to a natural tooth. Although dental implants have a high success rate, they can be complicated by infections.
