Surgical Management of Symptomatic Solitary Osteochondroma of Femur Neck in an Adult

Abstract: Osteochondromas are the common benign bone tumors of the long bones, usually asymptomatic and mostly found incidentally in children and adolescents on radiographs. Osteochondromas are usually present as sessile and pedunculated swelling arising from the metaphyseal region of long bone ends.
