Abstract:We present surgical outcomes in a 10-year-old Japanese girl with neurofibromatosis type 2 (NF2)–induced epiretinal membrane (ERM). Her right eye underwent lens-sparing 27-gauge microincision vitrectomy surgery (MIVS) with ERM peeling. Decimal best-corrected visual acuity increased from 0.3 to 0.4 postoperatively.
