Surgical Reattachment of Rare Proximal Adductor Avulsion Injury in a Female Athlete

Abstract: Case: A 54-year-old female professional equestrian sustained a traumatic right groin injury with disabling groin pain. Magnetic resonance images indicated a proximal adductor avulsion injury with a 3.2-cm tendon retraction.
