Surgical Strategy for Hepatocellular Carcinoma Patients with Portal Vein Tumor Thrombus Based on Prognostic Factors

Abstract: Hepatic resection as a first-choice treatment should be carefully selected in patients with Vp4 unless emergent removal of the PVTT is required.
