Abstract

This article describes the surgical technique used in the treatment of closed and displaced intra-articular calcaneus fractures, using the sinus tarsi approach and its fixation with locking plate and, in addition, proposing a therapeutic algorithm to define its appropriate indication.Level of Evidence: Diagnostic Level 4.
