Surgical treatment of children with idiopathic thoracolumbar scoliosis using transpedicular spinal systems

Abstract: Цель исследования. Оценка результатов хирургического лечения детей с идиопатическим сколиозом грудопоясничной локализации. Материалы и методы. Прооперированы 33 пациента в возрасте от 13 до 17 лет с величиной деформации 42-123° по Cobb. Хирургическую коррекцию деформации выполняли тремя тактическими вариантами с применением многоопорной транспедикулярной металлоконструкции. Результаты.
