Abstract:Situs inversus totalis (SIT) is a congenital anomaly that involves the mirror rearrangement of the thoracic and abdominal internal organs. In this paper, we report a 56-year-old male patient with previously confirmed SIT, who was admitted to the hospital for the diagnosis and surgical treatment of non-small-cell lung cancer, located in the sixth right pulmonary segment.
