Surgical Treatment of Rectovaginal Fistulas

Abstract: prof. dr hab. M. DrewsRectovaginal fistulas account for less than 5% of all anorectal fistulas. They may occur as a result of obstetrical injuries, inflammatory bowel diseases, or pelvic cancer irradiation.
