Abstract:Disulfiram is a US FDA–approved medication for the management of alcohol use disorder. However, compliance with disulfiram has been the Achilles’ heel of its efficacy. Implantation and surreptitious administration of disulfiram are two methods occasionally used to ensure disulfiram compliance.
