Survey and documentation of timber yielding plant species raised on farm lands of Bharangi Village, Sorab Taluk, Shivamogga district, Karnataka

Abstract: Trees are the essential component of the indigenous agricultural systems and they are preserved or managed to meet the immediate needs of the population. The present study was undertaken to document the timber yielding species and pattern of utilization in Bharangi village. The total of 35 timber yielding species belonging to 17 families was documented.
