This study aims to measure the strength of the relationship between selection factors and recommendation that influence IPTS selection in Malaysia using Spearman Rank Correlation for Non-Parametric Statistics. There are three phases in this study namely Identification of Variables, Distribution of Questionnaire and Analysis of Results. The variables used in the questionnaire was adapted from the authors’ earlier study. Nine factors in the selection of HEIs was identified and adapted in this study. Questionnaire was selected as the research tool and electronically distributed to the students of seven IPTS throughout Terengganu with a total response of 305. Results were loaded into SPSS for statistical analysis including descriptive, exploratory, normality, reliability and correlation. Results reveal only one factor is significant factors in the selection of IPTS namely Job Prospects. That factor has strong relationship with degree of correlation is greater than 0.70.

Este artículo analiza el impacto potencial de las aplicaciones de aprendizaje adaptativo impulsadas por inteligencia artificial (IA) en la educación básica. Con el avance continuo de la tecnología, estas aplicaciones se han destacado como herramientas prometedoras para mejorar la retención de conocimientos y la participación de los estudiantes en el aula. El estudio examina cómo estas aplicaciones, al adaptarse de manera personalizada al ritmo y estilo de aprendizaje de cada estudiante, pueden facilitar una experiencia educativa más eficaz y personalizada. Se presentan ejemplos de implementaciones exitosas, destacando cómo estas herramientas han mejorado los resultados educativos en diversos contextos. Además, se abordan los desafíos y consideraciones éticas asociados con la integración de la IA en la educación básica, tales como la privacidad de los datos de los estudiantes y la equidad en el acceso a la tecnología. Los hallazgos sugieren que las aplicaciones de aprendizaje adaptativo tienen el potencial de transformar significativamente la forma en que se enseña y se aprende en el aula. Este estudio ofrece una visión prometedora del futuro de la educación, subrayando la necesidad de un enfoque cuidadoso y considerado en la implementación de tecnologías de IA para maximizar sus beneficios y mitigar posibles riesgos. Concluye que, a pesar de los desafíos, el uso adecuado de la IA en la educación básica puede contribuir significativamente a una enseñanza más efectiva e inclusiva, mejorando la experiencia de aprendizaje para todos los estudiantes.

Technological developments and global changes that occur very quickly require academic practitioners to be adaptive and innovative in the learning process. Digital-based teaching materials are one answer that is expected to help teachers carry out the learning process in the classroom. This research aims to measure students' perceptions and participation in digital-based learning where researchers want to see the effectiveness of the teaching materials and worksheets used. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires which will be distributed to respondents consisting of 18 students in class IX of SMP N 1 Barumun Baru Padang Sidumpuan. The research results obtained show that student perceptions are in a very high category and student participation in digital-based learning is also in the high category. Therefore, according to students, the use of digital teaching materials, especially Powton teaching materials and live worksheets, is effective in classroom learning.
