Survey of Some Important Insects of Order Coleoptera in Qena Governorate, Egypt

Abstract: A survey of coleopterous beetles and weevils was conducted at Deshna district, Qena Governorate, Egypt during two successive years from April 2018 to March 2020. This survey revealed the collection of about 47946 & 49246 individuals belonging to 27 families in each year. The most abundant families were Scarabeidae (15145 individuals representing 31.6% of the total catch).
