Susceptibility of Rhododendron to Azalea Lace Bug, Stephanitis pyrioides (Scott)

Abstract: The invasive azalea lace bug, Stephanitis pyrioides (Scott), is one of the most damaging insect pests of the genus Rhododendron, especially azaleas. Feeding by nymphs and adults reduces the aesthetic value of infested plants.
