Abstract: Background: Alzheimer’s disease (AD) pathology can be disclosed in vivo using amyloid and tau imaging, unlike non-AD neuropathologies for which no specific markers exist. Objective: We aimed to compare brain hypometabolism and tauopathy to unveil non-AD pathologies.
