Sustainability in the Malaysian Food and Beverage Industry: Managing Employee Retention Through Perceived Organisational Support and Turnover Intention

Abstract: This research investigates the antecedents influencing perceived organizational support (POS) and turnover intention among Malaysian food and beverage industry employees.
