Sustainability Strategy to Alleviate Poverty Through Education, Energy, GRDP, and Special Funds: Evidence from Indonesia

Abstract: This study discusses the approach to poverty alleviation that occurs in Indonesia, reviewed by using four variables that match the situation. The simulation based on our approach model applies an integrated and multidimensional approach that combines elements of various approaches to alleviating the poverty. This research uses cross-sectional data from 501 regencies and cities the Republic of Indonesia. The data is analyzed using OLS multiple regression with robustness. In addition, this study offers policies … Show more

“…After obtaining all the elements needed in the village clustering process, the last step is to calculate the objective value of each village using the FCM method with the provisions that the weight = 2, the number of iterations is 100, and the epsilon value = 0.000001. In this study, the initial weight of the FCM was determined based on the convergent value in Table 11, in examples 0.017328762 2 , 0.179010676 2 , 0.1391704 2 . Next, determine the membership value using Equation 4, as it is known that the fuzzy membership function plays an important role in fuzzy set theory [54].…”

“…Sustainable rural development is relevant for various countries, both developing and developed countries [1]. The main problems that occur in the village environment are the readiness of government agencies and the low participation of rural communities [2]. The movement of people to cities is caused by development inequality between villages and cities, so that rural people do not have access to basic needs such as health, education, and employment opportunities [3].…”

“…Indonesia is one of the developing countries that implements the SDGs Program by mapping and placing experts in village planning and development. However, the skills in knowledge possessed by accompanying experts are not yet relevant to the problems happening in a village [3]. Therefore, this study is essential to build an expert mapping technique according to village needs so that the skills can be applied to create ideas and solutions related to problems in a village.…”

“…However, current teaching systems usually lack the flexibility or adaptability to cope with the personal needs of different students [6][7][8], so it is a beneficial exploration to introduce the hybrid framework of reinforced learning and deep learning into smart teaching systems [9][10][11]. Smart teaching that is more dynamic, personalized, and efficient could be achieved with the help of advanced artificial intelligence (AI) technology, which is conducive to promoting reform and innovation in the field of vocational education [12][13][14][15]. This research is not only closely linked to current technological trends and educational needs, but it also has far-reaching strategic significance for the future development of the education system.…”
