Abstract:The study aimed to evaluate the post-harvest quality of sour passion fruit using carnauba wax, cassava starch, and avocado seed extract coatings. The experiments were conducted in randomized blocks with five replications and two fruits per experimental unit. Two coatings associated with biofungicide were used.
