Abstract: This study presents the synthesis of sustainable urethane coatings derived from alkyds of Camelina oil (CO) monoglycerides, offering a sustainable alternative to petrochemical resources. Utilizing immobilized lipase for a low‐temperature glycerolysis reaction, high‐yield monoglycerides were obtained from CO.
