Sutureless and Glue Free Conjunctivo - Limbal Autograft in Primary Pterygium Surgery : Outcome S and Recurrence Rate

Abstract: AIM: Evaluation of the benefits of suture less and glue free conjunctivo-limbal autograft for primary pterygium management. MATERIALS AND METHODS: This was clinical outcome study of 50 consecutive eyes with primary nasal pterygium requiring surgical excision. Autologous conjunctival graft taken at the superotemporal limbus was used to cover the sclera after pterygium excision.
