Abstract:Serial 3D cyano-bridged perovskite ferroelastics are designed by H/F substitution. Notably, the C–F–M coordination bond of them achieves enhancing Tc, resulting in the largest leap of symmetry breaking, and enhancing switchable dielectric response.
