Switchable ferroelectric photovoltaic response in Sc0.2Al0.8N-based optoelectronic devices

Abstract: Ferroelectric photovoltaic (FePV) materials are naturally considered a new type of solid-state optoelectronic memory conducting with high storage densities and nonvolatile states.
