Abstract:Swyer-James-MacLeod Syndrome (SJMS) is a rare disease characterized by a hyperlucent lung appearance due to hypoplasia of the pulmonary artery on the affected side. It is thought to develop secondary to viral bronchiolitis and pneumonia in childhood.
