Abstract:The transconjunctival approach has been used to access the infraorbital rim and the orbital floor for treating zygomaticomaxillary complex (ZMC) fracture with or without the orbital floor involvement. Many studies have shown that this approach has a low rate of postoperative complications with entropion being one of the more commonly reported complications.
