Symblepharon Following the Transconjunctival Approach: A Report of Three Cases

Abstract: The transconjunctival approach has been used to access the infraorbital rim and the orbital floor for treating zygomaticomaxillary complex (ZMC) fracture with or without the orbital floor involvement.
