Abstract:The development of densely packed, self-assembled perovskite nanocrystals (PeNCs) with a favorable transition dipole moment (TDM) orientation is crucial for their application in solution-processable electronic devices. In this study, we fabricated anisotropic CsPbBr 3 PeNCs with a symmetry-broken electronic state on quartz substrates modified by 3aminopropyltrimethoxysilane (APS).
