Symptoms: Sudden Hearing Loss and Vertigo

Abstract: 71-year-old woman presented to the clinic with a history of right-sided tinnitus and ear pressure since 2018. Her symptoms started with an episode of severe vertigo, followed by a sudden hearing loss a couple days later. She was taken to the hospital where she was treated symptomatically. Her hearing loss had worsened after her next visit to her otolaryngologist, and she started undergoing intratympanic steroid injections.
